Research purpose: Equipment for Analysis of Solid by using Ion Beams and atoms or solids.
Specification: Specification A
Vacuum chamber of inner diameter 600mm with μ-metal magnetic shield installed with 2axes rotation table.
The chamber includes atomic and carbon foil targets. X-ray spectrometer and a goniometer can be attached when desired.
Specification B
Vacuum chamber with inner diameter 150mm.
Equipped withmass analyzer by time of flight method.
Installed carbon foil target operated at room temperature.
Moving distance of target is 10cm.
An x-ray spectrometer can be attached.
